Update: New level organization and much more!


So much going on right now.  Lots of improvements and bug fixes.  Updated demo coming soon!  Here are the biggest changes:

Systems
The levels are now organized into six "systems" named after various stars in the night sky.  The player starts out in the Starter system and must complete three generic levels there to learn the game.  Once they do, it unlocks the other five systems, each of which contains three or four levels which must be unlocked sequentially.  Each system has a theme.  In Vega, for example, a rival mining company is muscling in on CMC's territory and you must destroy the mines, mining robots, and turrets they have placed there.  In Sirus, your have to rescue workers who have been stranded after their mining outpost was destroyed.  The player's progress is saved permanently as they complete levels and unlock new ones.

Keyboard Binding
The user can now create custom keyboard bindings that persist from session to session.

New Upgrades
A number of new upgrades are now available to buff your ship.  You can temporarily cover yourself from incoming asteroids with a shield, disable nearby mines, robots, and turrets with an EMP, and detect lost workers' distress signals with the beacon receiver.

These are the big ones; there are many others.  Also a lot of bug fixes.  Updated demo coming soon!
