Title screen and additional improvements

Jooboo now has a nice title screen that features a brief animated vignette of the ninjas invading the big top and kidnapping the performers.  

Also, Jooboo's fellow circus performers now have names and sprites:

H.B. Clavenger, Ringmaster; Irina the Acrobat; Bruno the Strongman; Gustavo the Lion Tamer
